What should I expect on your first visit?
On our first visit we would like to meet you and your pet(s) to get acquainted. Any needs or concerns you or your pet have will be discussed. We will do an initial cleaning to completely rid your yard of accumulated pet waste. After you have inspected and approved of the cleaning, payment for the initial cleaning and your first month of service will be collected and a small service agreement needs to be filled out.
Are we insured?
Yes, we are fully insured.
How often will you scoop my yard?
We offer weekly and one-time service options. You choose what works best for you.
What are your rates?

What about snow?
We may move your service day if ends up snowing on your day. We will try our best to make it up sometime that week and anything we may miss due to snow we usually will get the following week when it melts.
My yard has not been done in several weeks/months. Does it cost more?
We do usually have to charge more to get the yard caught up. The price varies depending on how bad it is. After it is caught up then the week rate is all we charge.
How is payment handled?
We require a card that is charged once a month on the 1st of each month.
